In 1975, the Beckstoffer family moved to the Napa Valley and created 75 Wine Company. The vineyard designated Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the Beckstoffer Amber Knolls Vineyard, where the soils and microclimate are perfect for growing ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The property is showcased for its deep, red hillside soils, which are heavily laced in obsidian.

Sauvignon Blanc: The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc was hand-crafted and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its true varietal characteristics and acidity. It was aged on lees for three months to provide a pleasing, rich mouth feel and texture.
